1. Additional charges and terms of payment
Deposit: We welcome written reservations via e-mail. The reservation becomes binding once the deposit is paid by 30% of the total ammount of your reservation. Please fill in your name as the purpose of payment.

Pets: For dogs we charge 10,00 € /dog per day without food. Basket or blanket for your pet will be provide about us.
Surcharge for breakfast: For bread-service we charge 1,00 € per appartment and day. The total ammount will be offset the day of your departure.
The costs of final cleaning are included starting from the 7th day, otherwise they range between 60,00 and 100 €.
Payment: Please pay cash on site or just before your arrival by bank transfer. The cash limit in Italy amounts to 3.000 €. The following payment methods are allowed: non-transferable check, bank transfer.
2. Arrival and departure:
Arrival: On arrival day the apartment will ready for you starting from 4 p.m. In case of a delay, we look forward to receiving a message from you.
Departure: On departure day, please leave your apartment not later than 9.00 a.m.
3. Cancellation
Cancellation conditions according to Art. 1382 Civil Code According to the Italian Consumer Protection Code, there is no right of withdrawal. However, we grant you the right to withdraw according to following cancellation conditions as defined in art. 1382 (Civil Code): Please understand that in case of late cancellations (4 weeks prior to the start of your holiday) we will retain the deposit. In case of a late arrival or early departure we will charge 80% of the booked price.
4. Cancellation insurance
You never know… We are looking forward to your visit. However, we recommend that together with the booking of your stay you close a “Cancellation Insurance”. This way, cancellation fees are covered and you can happily look forward to your vacation. Further information about costs and details of the “cancellation insurance” are available here.
